G'day from Canberra. I drove down the morning and met up with my old RAAF mate Drew at HMAS Harman to check out all was right with the plans for tomorrow. Everything is about as Ship Shape as you can imagine in time for tomorrow night's dinner.
Tomorrow morning a few of us will be at HMAS Harman bright and early to hang quilts and add the final touches to the venue but it looks like it is full steam ahead for a good night.
For now there is nothing to do but to grab a cuppa and enjoy some show and tell.
So far for 2016 we have sent off 2563 laundry bags
which brings us to a total of 12851 since we started...
and...
We have also sent 1244 quilts
bringing our total since we started to over 6534 quilts
